AIRSPACEHUB is a project designed to make flying safer, more efficient and more enjoyable. Aimed primarily, but not solely, at the General Aviation flyer, AIRSPACEHUB will allow pilots to identify useful Visual Reference Points (VRPs) and landmarks in an area that they may not be familiar with making navigating around and through controlled airspace and Aerodrome Traffic Zones much easier.

VRPs are established to aid navigation for VFR flyers however one of their biggest drawbacks is that pilots do not always know what they look like. For example, a motorway junction may be used as a VRP but what does that junction look like to someone who isn't local? The answer is, just like any other junction!

By using our interactive map you will be able to explore the airspace you are going to fly in and experience your flight from your living room before you even depart.
